Shirodhara is a therapeutic Ayurvedic procedure that involves pouring a continuous stream of warm oil or other liquids onto the forehead. The word "shiro" means head, and "dhara" means flow. It is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating treatment that has been practiced in India for thousands of years.
During a shirodhara session, the client lies on a comfortable table while a specially designed pot or vessel is positioned above their forehead.
